Project management of a large HR transformation project where we also contributed with management consulting on change management.
We also contributed with solution proposals and integration solutions for the HR system (SAP), payroll system, time reporting and scheduling systems and financial systems (SAP).

E-COMMERCE SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION WITH UMRACO/MERCHELLO WITH COMPLEX ADDITIONAL CUTOMIZED MODULES
Development and configuration of a comprehensive e-commerce solution with Umraco. A number of additional modules were built on behalf of the customer and the customer uses our proprietary product and image upload application to fill the solution with products.
VULKAN
E-COMMERCE AND ONLINE PUBLISHING TOOL
Development of a full e-commerce system including store, administration of orders and users and their royalties and customers. Also included a completely self-developed online tool for creating print-ready originals for printing books.
Vulkan is a successful online publisher for self-publishing books. The authors handle the actual design and publication of their works and the works are sold via Vulkan's online store. Authors receive royalties for works sold.

SIMPLE EFFICIENT CUSTOMIZED SYSTEM
An example of when we together with the customer developed a simple and efficient system.
The system in question helps the payroll office to keep track of employees who have started employment but where the company failed to register the employees for pension premium payments and on former employees for whom pension premium payments are incorrectly made.

INTRODUCTION AND CUSTIMIZE DEVELOPMENT OF SALARY REVIEW TOOLS
Implementation of YourWork24 first version of Salary Review Tool. Customizations were also made to simplify the process for managers and functionality to create and distribute salary letters and bonus letters to managers.
The Salary Review tool is used in several countries and is very much appreciated for its simplicity in combination with that the system support the process that the customer wants, without them having to carry out parts of the process outside the tool.

DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEMS AND CUSTOMIZATIONS OF SYSTEMS
Valderas Consulting develops HR and personnel management systems for YourWork24. Furthermore, customizations and customer-specific HR and payroll management applications are developed.
Available systems are currently a Salary Review tool, HR Portal with a Task manager and Time Reporting and scheduling systems.
More systems are under development.
